Who we are

Golden Star Casino holds E-gaming licence no. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The licence holder is Novatrix SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-893958.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older, or older still where the legal gambling age in your country is higher. Our Registration Procedure names Australia among the countries whose players we do not accept.

Your account

Each person can hold one personal player account only. Accounts that share an address, household, device or IP address count as duplicates and can be closed. You give your date of birth and a valid ID, and we can ask for more documents, a phone call or a video check to confirm who you are.

Deposits

Deposit from a payment account in your own name. The minimum deposit is 30 AUD. Every deposit has to be played through three times before it can be paid out, and several deposits made without play are counted together.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is 45 AUD. We aim to handle a withdrawal within 72 hours once it has been approved. A withdrawal stays pending until verification is done. If we cannot reach you by phone or email for two weeks after you ask for a payout, the account is locked and the payout is cancelled. Withdrawal limits grow with your total deposits.

Bonuses

Bonus offers come with their own wagering, maximum bet and time limits. One offer is available per person, household, device and payment method, and only one bonus can be active at a time.

Errors and fair play

If a bet is accepted or a payment is handled by mistake, we may cancel it and put balances back to where they should be. Fraud, duplicate accounts and chargebacks can lead to account closure.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact our support team first by live chat or email so that we can look into it. If you are not happy with the result, the matter can go to an independent dispute service that works under the rules of our regulator.

Language

The English version of our rules applies if a translation says something different.
