Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling should be entertainment and never a way to earn money or pay off debts. It helps to keep an eye on the time and money you spend each day.
Personal limits
In the Personal Limits section of your account you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits, a wagering limit and a session time limit. When a session limit is reached, a reminder appears on screen.
Changing a limit
A lower limit starts straight away. A higher limit needs email confirmation and starts only after the current limit of the same type ends.
Cooling off
A cooling-off period stops deposits and promotional offers for the time you choose. You can still withdraw your remaining balance while it is active.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion closes your account and all offers for the period you set. You cannot deposit or withdraw yourself while it runs, but our team can process a withdrawal on request.
A quick self-check
Ask yourself whether you have felt you should cut down, felt guilty about gambling or gambled to pay debts. If the answer to any of these is yes, contact our support team.
Outside help
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer free advice and support. Bet blocker tools can also limit access to gambling websites and apps.
Protecting minors
Only people aged 18 and over may play. We can ask for proof of age at any time, and parents can use parental control software to keep children away from gambling sites.
